Welcome to PGH Streetwear. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PGH Streetwear website, online store, products, services, custom apparel services, and related features.

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. ABOUT PGH STREETWEAR

PGH Streetwear (“PGH,” “PGH Streetwear,” “PGH Brand”, “PGH Brand LLC”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a streetwear and apparel brand offering original apparel, merchandise, custom apparel, collaborations, and related products and services.

References to “you” or “your” mean any visitor, customer, or person using our website or services.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our website or purchasing from PGH Streetwear, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

You agree not to use our products, website, or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You may not interfere with the security or proper operation of our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, garment materials, printing processes, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

Products may be offered in limited quantities and may become unavailable without notice.

4. PRICING

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges that may apply to an order.

We attempt to provide accurate pricing and product information. If a pricing, description, inventory, or other material error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where permitted by law, cancel or adjust an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, account, or order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using a payment method available during checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Processing and delivery times may be affected by product availability, custom production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Any specific policies concerning lost, stolen, damaged, returned, or misdelivered packages should be interpreted together with our Shipping Policy, if separately posted.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the PGH Streetwear Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Items must satisfy the requirements stated in that policy to qualify for a return or exchange.

Certain products may be designated as final sale or otherwise ineligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

9. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED APPAREL

PGH Streetwear may offer custom apparel, personalized merchandise, commissioned designs, collaborative projects, and other made-to-order products.

Because these products are created specifically for a customer, custom or personalized products may be final sale except where the product is defective, damaged, materially different from the approved specifications, or otherwise required to be returnable under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving applicable artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, placement, quantities, and other specifications before production begins.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

10. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

When submitting artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, names, or other materials for custom production, you represent that you own the materials or have sufficient authorization to use and reproduce them for the requested purpose.

You agree not to knowingly submit materials that infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

PGH Streetwear may decline a custom project where we reasonably believe the requested material may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the PGH Streetwear website and PGH-owned content—including original logos, branding, artwork, graphics, apparel designs, photographs, product imagery, text, and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to PGH Streetwear and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a PGH Streetwear product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in that product.

Except as permitted by law or with our written authorization, PGH-owned materials may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to manufacture unauthorized merchandise.

Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. COLLABORATIONS

Certain PGH Streetwear products may be created through collaborations with artists, businesses, customers, designers, or other parties.

Ownership, licensing, compensation, permitted uses, and other rights associated with a specific collaboration may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Where a separate written collaboration agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding that collaboration, the separate agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

13. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers:

Have no cash value;
May be limited to qualifying products or orders;
May expire;
May not be combined with other promotions; and
May be modified or canceled where permitted by law.

14. ACCOUNTS

If our website permits customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
